Jonathan
Hallett was born on November 20,1647 in Yarmouth,
Barnstable, Massachusetts. He died on January 12, 1717
in Yarmouth, Barnstable, Massachusetts.
He was buried on Jan 14 1716/17 in Ancient Cemetery in Barnstable, Massachusetts
on Phinney's Lane near Route 28 . He married Abigail Dexter on January 30, 1683 in Yarmouth,
Barnstable, Massachusetts. After
his father died he moved
from Sandwich to Yarmouth and was the richest
man in Yarmouth while he was alive. He was constable of Sandwich in 1684.
There are monuments marking he and his wife’s graves.
Jonathan and Abigail’s Children were Timothy Hallett, Mehitable Hallett, Ebenezer Hallett, Thomas Hallett, David Hallett,
Elizabeth Hallett, Abigail Hallett and Jonathan Hallett. (who is the next descendant in my blood line.)
